THE DOCTOR, THE TORNADO AND THE KENTUCKY KID

Nicky Hayden, the ‘Kentucky Kid’, defies his critics and after two seasons of struggles and setbacks, wins his maiden grand prix victory under the greatest imaginable pressure ? in front of a sell-out crowd at Laguna Seca, California, at the first grand prix to be held in the USA since 1994.

Director: Mark Neale is the acclaimed writer/director of FASTER, the mould-breaking 2004 film about MotoGP racing, and the internationally acclaimed 2001 documentary feature NO MAPS FOR THESE TERRITORIES, about cult cyberpunk novelist William Gibson. He has also directed music videos for artists including U2, Counting Crows and Paul Weller.
